I remember when we didn’t have missions and in-game credits were the only source of income. Initially one had enough credits to buy one of the cheaper mercs within the first few levels but after that it was pure grind.

When I finally did collect 50K credits for the first time I did not spend them on any merc because I was too scared that I might not like him/her on the long run. I knew it would take me ages to collect 50K credits again.

I miss Sniff. He’s the one that made me want to play this game. Found him when I played Combat Arms and have loved his content ever since. Hope he’s ok.

Finally got a computer that can give me a reasonable frame-rate and I’m now 20 hours in and dragged a friend along with me. Here’s hoping we end up putting the same amount of time and money into DB as we did CA. DB actually deserves it.

I miss the pre-nerf Javelin. Felt good to uninstall Dirty Bomb and reinstall it again after the nerf
