[quote=“CC_FANG;13763”]Hey EvoSteven,
I also had issues one weekend with the AC kicking me out, and I certainly wasn’t running anything resembling a cheat. In fact, I was killing every process I could think of, but that’s beside the point. My point is, difficulty with the AC doesn’t make me automatically assume you cheat.
I see we have a lot of players posting with similar stories to yours. What I’d like to do is get some feedback from Nexon regarding what procedure they’d like you guys to follow when this kind of thing happens. I’d also like to see if they’ll address this in some way and hopefully prevent it from happening again, as you say.

Same goes to you @MissMurder , nexon doesn’t cooperate. Some cases just randomly get revoked others just stand there to rot and some just get straight out rejected without any explaination.
Mailing the nexon support and hope for good luck isn’t the way to roll with game support. It’s like you’re dependant on the good will of some nexon customer support employee. You can’t just redirect the users to the nexon support and pretend that to be enough to be considerated Community Management, which just so happens to be your job.
