I had bad luck with both the alienware cases, those are loadouts I will never use, it’s a shame but hey.

I agree if you have an obsidian card you should be able to swap it for a different card they had made available. Some of the loadouts are good though. I think I got lucky and ended up a vasilli obsidian card and its of the popular loadout. I snipe a lot too.

If you get a Aura without healing,with +10 per death in row and with bad weapons,you know my feel(same for Skyhammer with Ak and with useless perks on him :I)
