Loffy is correct about the origin brush. Anytime you make a train type object it needs to have an origin brush associated with it or it will pop to origin 0 0 0 at the start of the map. The origin brush is what the engine uses to determine where to place the train on the splines or goto markers. This goes for a tank or elevator or any other item in your map that’s going to “slide” from one point to another.
You should make some script_mover clip brushes around your model and one brush with the origin texture applied to it. After you make all the brushes select them all, the clips and the one origin brush, and make that your script mover.
