Yeah. The people involved in making that video needs a raise IMO as it was pretty great.

So, uhm, any official word on when the update actually occurs? Simply asking because “some”, including me, assumed it would be today.
Just want to be transparent here- we aren’t updating today due to some bugs that need to be fixed. Hopefully we can do it this week but I can’t make any promises. I will keep you guys updated as soon as I get official word when the update will be.

After seeing that Sparks gameplay, I feel empty without her in my barracks 
Pretty hyped for this character!
I use Sawbonez right now because I love playing medic and Sawbonez fits my style the closest. With the availability of Sparks, I might just have a new merc to buy.
She seems lackluster to me, sure her railgun sounds cool but how effective will it be? I would rather stick with my sawbonez than a character who is exponentially weaker and has a healing laser rifle. I am more of a offensive player so this weak, passive style deters me. Could someone explain her benefits to me, and how she will play in a team?
Instant Healing means she can literally throw packs at her teammates and they don’t have to wait for the regen, they get the hp right there right now.
Long range revive means if the enemy forgets to gib she can revive teammates that are in a good position but are downed at the moment. It also means she doesn’t have to break her positioning to revive someone and get killed doing so.
She can also become a sniper and medic at the same time, leaving the team one more merc of their choice.
That is actually a good question. 45 + 20 = 65HP. That is quite a bit of health to gain instantly.

I hope so. 45 is not enough I think to really make her a proper pick over Sawbonez. When in cover for more than 1 second a Sawbonez pack is much, much better. Just so much better… It almost feels like a mis-match of abilities because instant health is great in firefights, which is where Sawbonez will be. Sparks would be further back, sniping. No?

Well she isn’t out yet so we wouldn’t know this is all guesswork right now. Also 65HP per pack if the direct bonus also counts equals two packs to full heal most mercs. I will agree though 45HP without bonus seems low but once again that is just guesswork.

@APRenpsy she does carry 4 which would be equal to 180 hp, and more often than not you’re throwing these mid fight or meant to as sparks, where health would be rather high even when injured, and that’s without the health bonus, faster recharge or extra pack augments. Sawbones on the other hand is expected to have the health receiver take it while backing up from a fight, or they just work differently because yes, either way it doesn’t seem too low for me and that +20 makes it even sweeter if its true.
