i discovered that radiant couldnt read the pcx file anymore
since i installed Adobe Photoshop Elements 2.0
is this just coincidence or could it have anything to do with it?
BTW when i make exaxtly the same terrain as i did when i posted here (the one with those ugly orange squares), radiant also wont read the pcx file anymore!
Please take a look at the terrain func_group keys.
There must be a alphamap key with the value MAPNAME.pcx.

Where is your .pcx ? is it in your etmain folder ?
You should make a second installation that you only use for mapping.
And that has no custom maps in it’s directories.
