Grenade mastery lowers the cooldown on regular frag grenades, allowing you to toss them more often provided you have the supply pips. Anyone care to explain why some might think this is not worth it?

They both provide good benefits, so I’m at a loss on this one. I personally don’t use CI, 'cause I find the large yellow indicator too obnoxious. Can’t stand it, especially with all the other on-screen information that I have to deal with (ever seen a sea of scavenge icons as a soldier? Can be a pain in the ass when enemies just so happen to be obscured by said icons.).
