Sign up for the Extraction Closed Beta now
Hopefully I will get a beta invitation today, cause I’m already excited to see some familiar faces again …
Hello SD team, can we have a ETA or more information about the closed BETA. I can’t stand refreshing my e-mail every 2 minutes without knowning iff the BETA has started or/ iff everybody that signed up will be allowed to play it.
My guess is that it will go live today. But seeing as Nexon are based in the States I think they are still sleeping or just getting ready for their day at work. If I was going to take a guess I would say in 4 hours time!
It might take place in the afternoon of Nexon’s time…it’s just around 7am in the East coast, so the folks in California isn’t gonna be awake yet, lol. Give it a few hours…
Closed alpha participants will be invited first. Some time later other people will be invited (could be hours, days or weeks later, but I don’t know for sure).
The Closed Beta is operated by Nexon, so stay tuned for announcements from them. As potty said, they’re located on the West Coast, so expect word later today. On a side note, no one’s going to receive any beta invites before the launch of the thing, so you haven’t missed anything thus far.
Nexon are kinda good on these things but they are still sleeping over at California no ones ever at Chicago D:
Thank you for the information. I will stare at my e-mail until these silly Americans will wake up.
Sorry but I’d like to be a founder and I can’t see a place to buy it on the site. Am I missing something obvious?
I see, that’s too bad. I just learned about the game and loved playing Brink with friends. I’d think the founder’s pack would be purchasable before, you know, the game is released but I guess I can’t.
It was only available for purchase during the alpha stage of the game. As Rex said, you are months too late. You can still ask for a beta key and hope to be included in an incoming wave of new players. You can also send a good home made cake or cookies at SD, they love it !
Nexon or Bethesda – whoever’s responsible for the beta invites.
Push my name to the front of the beta testing list if you’re looking for someone that can read, write, follow instructions and had played Brink 'til it was deader than dead.
