The problem is people call votes at the wrong times and people vote yes at the wrong times. You can’t call a vote after half the match is over and expect it to pass. I generally call a vote within the first 2-3 minutes because it becomes painfully obvious if the balance is really off.
Also, if I’m in a game where the balance is absolute shit and there’s nothing I can do to help my team, I normally just leave unless I decide to mess around on the map. It’s pointless staying in those games.
