The question doesn’t make sense lol. Of course you should do 144+fps with 144hz, that’s the whole point of the monitor.

no where near as smooth as 125 @ 144

Well then you answered your own question… only real tip would be to upgrade to a gysnc gpu and get the gsync kit for your monitor.

True dhat! I wish I could but with my wedding coming up I think my day of putting money into a computer are done…

I will try 150 Frames at 144hz and soo how that looks also.
