He means “whatever is required at the time”.
IE: if someone is needed to run the objective then the objective class. If someone is needed to be X support to fill a gap then X support.
Basically it sounds like he has a range of characters to fill whatever slot the team needs for the game and doesn’t mind playing any of the classes.
Either way. It’s an internal clan thing that should be on their clan pages and not really here. Discussing clan strats in a public forum is a perfect way to get flamed and/or told “you’re doing it wrong” by people who don’t matter to your clan.
