I was messing about as proxy with melee, and every time I went round a corner (bouncing,sprinting wall jumped high… didn’t matter) I was dead within half a second. Never experienced dying when full jump sprint this fast before, and this happened multiple times in a row. 1v1 I have pretty much got up to someones face every time in this situation before.
He also shot before enemies came round corners when i was watching.

I have never seen Phoenix get triple kills and this guy was doing it regularly.

I was also wondering today who this “playaaaa” was, as he was killing me more often than I expected it from a “new” player.
So I asked who he was and it turned out him being an old ETQW pro. He is definitely NO cheater! :wink:

Shows once again how easy it is for a better player to keep up with the skill level in DB.

So there is a chance he probably haxed that game too… He was watching people through wallz… Echo can tell…

Just goes to show you how big anticheat is going to be…

when played against him he wasnt suspicious at all. I mean phoenix weapon is still op in my eyes when you got decent aim, it still shoots like a laser lol.

Hummm… I disagree the weapon is OP and he was going up against Fraggers and getting multi kills with it… I was on his team and I spec’ed him when I was dead his play was very odd.

Example we capped the first OBJ and he just stood still… He stood very weird close to another teammate with his cross hair facing the ground… Everyone else on the team started to push the other objectives while he stood there… Then Poof a enemy nader came around the corner and he killed him… I was like how the heck did he know that person was coming… It was if he was tracking him through the walls but not moving or moving his crosshair… I also noticed weird animation on his gun when shooting an enemy… When he was shooting people there was zero recoil, NO Sound and no gun animation… I do not know if that is a bug for everyone but it was freaking weird… When I spec’ed him it was just his gun and a person would fall over dead. I had no idea he was shooting or anything…

Again this is all speculation and I hope SD or nexon digs into this because this is what we are going to be dealing with when ranked comes out… The anti-cheat, Echo and the third secret weapon needs to work so there is zero doubt!

Plenty of ‘pro players’ cheat lol, but I’d need to see recordings or echo data before making a judgement.

Just like INF3RN0 said, you can’t accuse someone without any evidence. For me the player seemed all normal, but you had probably a different view while playing. Provide recordings, screenshots or ask SD for unnormal echo data or similar.

And “shooting through walls” is something which occurs very often. I even classified it as bug. So if it’s not the “shooting through walls from spawn to spawn” it’s a normal thing, which seems indeed very strange and inexplicable for the player.

I would be highly surprised if an inactive player which started up DB just for a round fun would cheat right away from the start. But that’s my opinion.

Obviously I cannot know for sure and I have no idea if he simply turned it off but I just played against playaaa…
His long range aim was pretty amazing but I never got the impression he was cheating. However, like I said he could have simply not had it turned on.
