Yeah well, the problem with drafts is, that they are only fun if we have a halfway stable build of DB.
A lot of players (including) me have hardcore FPS drops and then also comes the soundbug which destroys our ears 
I would love to play drafts again, but it would only make me rage at the current version. Not to say that the TTK makes the game a spam-fest, drafts would be almost the same as public.
Not to say that even if u would receive more keys, the majority of new players would turn away as usual. 
But: I have some hope after I played dome several times. Dirty Bomb makes u become a patient player
