Question for Splash Damage team members

If they: added more content, more polish, fixed the graphics bug, fixed MANY bugs, balanced it out perfectly (it’s been done before kids), made it more competitive and not casual, fixed the networking, added lobbies, had a singleplayer or instead had a ****TON of mp content, balanced out classes, balanced out body weights, got rid of the single use button, made it less repetitive with objectives, balanced out the maps and the different sides (attacking/defending). Then it could be a hell of a great game.

But really, if you add all those points to any game, it would be great.

Never heard of any commander in any bf games. And really easy sniping? I don’t know if it’s in bf3 (I HOPE there is, and there probably is) but bullet drop does not make sniping easy. I’m not saying it’s hard, but it’s not point and shoot.

That means you haven’t played the PC Battlefield games, particularly the granddaddy of them all, BF2.

Brink has faced an uphill battle seemingly from every side, but still feels like it is headed in the right direction, and SD is worth supporting. Pushing the enveloping and taking chances is what Brink does, and so is gonna have some growing pains. But the game is cool and fun, two things that most can agree on; so, I’ll just keep playing with friends and chatting with forum members. The rest is out of my hands.

64 players, commanders, squad leaders and bigger squads are what made bf. bc2 is like the ugly ginger stepchild of battlefield.

sniping in all titles before bc1 & 2 was much harder and you didnt see many snipers. in bf2142 (their best game imo) you hardly ever saw snipers. in bc2 1/2 the team are bush wookies. teamwork is almost none-existent too (compared to previous games)

bf2142 really required you to prone or crouch. they had decent drop, ballistics and weapon sway. now you just aim 2mm above the head and thats it. that requires zero skill to be honest.
