if you have a look at the alpha map you can see its called Terrain_tut.pcx as you can see its the pcx …

Damn i read the tutorials and watched videos. PLz anyone tell me how can i get my map to gtkRadiant. I maded map with easygen but i didn’t textured it i want to do that in gtkRadiant. when i want to export it then it says: texture not defined for platte index 0 and after that :failed to export.

You need to texture it in order to export it. Then you can open it in radiant and texture it but be warned, that is not a good idea for appearance.

To texture your .egn file:
if you don’t have a TEXTURES folder in your ETMAIN folder, then create one. Then place another folder inside the TEXTURES folder with at least one texture in it
create the landscape heights in Easygen
click TEXTURES on the toolbar
click ‘add folder’ in it’s menu (it should go directly to the textures folder if you set the correct path in preferences (normally:workmod&bitmaps"c:\program files\wolfenstein - enemy territory\etmain")
click “alphamap”
click a black box
choose a color
associate it with a texture by clicking one
then you can export it
just delete the extra files that may come along with the file and clear the worldspawn settings that are no longer needed

damn when i make bsp (final) it tooks so much time like it stucks. i have little map (zuk 19 radar) why it takes so much it didn’t took so much time yesterday and i didn’t changes much today.

what you mean? I haven’t made any changes with terrain i didn’t use easy gen on that map.
