using katana is a waste of time. the only reason to use katana is when you cant aim for shit, at least then your hits are guaranteed. the DPS is abysmal compared to ding-a-ding smg or even pistol lol
phantom is actually quite nasty on pubs, especially with double time you can very effectively poke and win 1v1s
