I hope it’s not the Steamname, since I was definitely late to the party and didn’t get amazinglarry for Steam. I don’t think, anyway. I’m noob when it comes to it.

Either way, if I get a choice, I’ll be amazinglarry.

Although I like to go by ‘steve’ sometimes too, because I think it’s funny.

I’ve never seen a game yet (recent) that uses your Steam account name as your name. They always use your Steam Definable name.

you still can be amazinglarry, just change your nick, steam games don’t use your account name.

I assume it’ll be your Steam name, which can be anything you want.

Mine is currently McVie, but in UrT and DOD:S I was FooFighter and will probably use that, I haven’t played anything as Kendle since ET, which I stopped playing in 2005.

If you name yourself Steve I might mistake you for a bot, get cocky, and get my ass handed to me. Don’t use steve :smiley:

Wouldn’t the steam nickname be griefers heaven?

I always hated it in W:ET when someone would steal your name and be a total ass while doing so.

I liked it in ETQW.

Luckily, the console is one button press away. Then all you have to do is find the original steamid, and ban the non original.
