New Tutorial in update!

The more I think about it - yeah, it should be mandatory for everyone. Things like destroying secondary generators with explosives/artilerry are so little known, even on min level 10 servers.

Will the tutorial cover merc abilities? I just saw a level 18(!!!) Fragger that didn’t know about grenade cooking :frowning:

I hope so. Every day I meet lvl 15-20 Phoenixes healing me for 30 hp, because they don’t know they can heal for more.

i wouldnt have believed that if i didnt run into one such person the other day, going around tap-healing with phoenix. the icing on the cake would have been him complaining that phoenix was a horrible medic

I’ll actually use tap bursts a lot on Phoenix sometimes. Let’s me give a quick boost, and have more in just a second. I usually don’t charge it all to often, especially since extra supplies never works for me. (Though others tested it, and it works fine for them…)

That said I don’t have too much time with him.

Once i saw a lvl20 who was not aware of sprinting, jumping and mouse sensitivity, he ended with a 3/40 k/d playing as Nader :confused: .

How do you play that long (I’m pretty sure he’s played longer than me if he reached level 20) and not know those basic concepts. I’d understand if he maybe didn’t know about long jumping… but basic jumping lol.

i sure hope so.

i also hope that, after the update, everyone, even players that have played a while, have to go through the tutorial. hell, even experienced players will go through the tutorial to see what the newbs go through even if theyre not told to. i sure will.

I’ve played through the current tutorial so I could see how bad it is. And for the gun range.
