That’s what I keep hearing…I’m afraid many if they even play him will selfishly save his healing wave for themselves…and if you’re near by and get healed you’re lucky.

I just see people using trying to use his self rez offensively…trying to use him offensively in general and not being much use to the team…like people seem to play medics quite a bit now unfortunately…he will just take it to another level the way his abilities are built.

@ToRRent We don’t have ANY statistics on him yet aside from his HP, running speed and diffuse/plant times. He may be very different to beta to improve his viability. There’s no way you could predict this… :L

Next merc is stoker not phoenix.

The hint wasn’t the merc picture in the scoreboard. it was like she was holding the apple and it’s color. I think the next merc has something you can hold in your hand and it’s color meant to be red. Phoenix doesn’t throw anything unlike stoker cause he can throw flame grenades and the fire is red.

You are misinformed. The hint is that Stoker is coming and not Phoenix. Think about it and you’ll see how the screen with Phoenix avatar and the apple is trolling you. The apple doesn’t stand for the healthy. Do you looked at the color? Fire red :smiley:

Actually He can revive himself if he is not finished after x sec.(In CBT it was 3s?) which is rare because most of the players are finishing downed mercs so one ability is going to fail.

Healing pulse can be compared to sawbonez medpacks because you are healing on close range.

There is a lot of different trolls involved with the whole thing. Basically, we have no clue. The references to fire refers to both characters. The apple could be seen as keeping the doctor away which would mean Stoker confirms. The gloves could be seen as Stoker confirmed. The screenshot that literally showed Pheonix in the game could mean that Phoenix is confirmed. The ending of the video where MM is eating the apple when Phoenix says, “make sure to eat your fruit” as a taunt means Phoenix confirmed.

So we have no idea as there are a ton of interpretations for all of it.

Well that goes for selfish players. Trust me there will be at least 1 guy risking his own life fighting his way through to rezz you no matter what. (And that would be me, but I need to get my steam account back first)
Trust me there are some medic players that actually care more about helping the team instead of killing :smiley:

That doesn’t actually depend on the merc. If you are working with your team and you can shoot accurate then there is no power that can stop you. A while ago I played Sawbones with basic loadout and it was just the matter of helping my team up and shooting. Use to the team and top scores guaranteed :smile:

I wouldn’t be surprised at all if that’s going to happen.
Shoe said that another double release is unlikely to happen, but he also said that it might be possible in the future.
