He’s been in rotation the week after he came out. Actually it was the rotation before the fletcher, phantom and whoever was third rotation, which was the rotation before the current one.

It’s really not that bad… Any explosive merc is amazing against both Rhino and Bushwhacker. The only real issue is that there are no free/rotation mercs that use explosives right now…[/quote]

I found a thread on the SD forums dated to 11th of April this year “pointing” it out. Actually I was pretty frustrated and bitched a lot. The thread contains remarks from other users that its been an ongoing thing.

It never struck me back then cause I was playing proxy like a maniac, but as soon as I lost the interest in being the objective guy over and over I noticed something being terribly wrong.

Gotta say I am very thankful that the devs listend to this and changed to patterns accordingly. Some rotations feel like the absolute pain, but none break the game fundamentally anymore as missing engs did back then.

I’m having fun with Sticky Bombs. It was really great when one guy kept shooting so I threw them into his line of fire and they kept detonating on him.

Hmm … rotations run for two weeks, Rhino goes on this week, Stoker arrives with the patch at the start of next week … I think I can see where this is going … >:)

Why is Sawbonez on rotation when the defib sound bug isn’t fixed either. Oh right, the world needs to keep moving. And especially in DB’s case, if they’d stop everything because of bugs, we wouldn’t have a game for at least a year.

I don’t know about you but I get defib sound bug like once a week. Meanwhile with Rhino I get multiple occurences in a single hour.

There needs to be balance between bugfixing and new content, and fixing this particular bug is way, way overdue. Looks like we’ll be getting stats in the next update. Do you really think that such fluff is what we really need right now? I would much prefer if time spent on that was instead dedicated to fixing some of the most irritating bugs.

I’m not exactly sure but when i was playing last night i think they did something around that sound bug because it would go away once i died after having the sound bug (i got too lazy to type “killallsounds” in console) I don’t remember it going away after i would die.
