well jut like in UT2004 you have 5 nodes for example that you have to capture in a certain order, once you have them all you can destroy the enemies generator.
The new thing is the Orb, each team has one and it you can take it at your base, or sometimes at the middle point in a map. each team only has 1. Once you are carrying the orb, you can’t enter vehicules.
If you get killed carrying the orb, you drop it and your team gets 10 seconds to grab it. If they fail to do so, it s returned to the base. If the enemy tries to take it within these 10 seconds it is destroyed, and then the other team can’t take it from the terminal for 30 seconds.
If you are carrying the orb and are near a node that is yours then the enemy can’t capture that node, until you die (and drop the orb).
If you are carrying the orb and run to an enemy node that is captureable by your team, then it immediatly changes to your teams node. But the orb is lost. and takes 30 secs to regenerate at your base. Unless the enemy is protecting that node with their orb carrier, then you first have to kill their orb carrier, before you can capture the point.
