Enemy Territory: Aftermath or just plain Aftermath or something involving post-apoc fallout.

Dirty Bomb was always a dumb name while extraction felt like they were trying too hard to sound “cool”.

Depending of what is SD vision of <XT>
Do they want a franchise or a one time type of game ?
If it s a Franchise well Dirty bomb is too restrictive unless they add a <franchise name game > : dirty bomb
Like the first chapter of a franchise eg C&C tiberium C&C renegade …etc
If its a one time game, Dirty bomb only fit ,as it will be only one chapter of that game
My suggestion is go for (depending again on the unknown base story ) a new game name that reflect your vision (Franchise or one time chapter ) and Dirty bomb if its that the only chapter
I would play safe and be prepare for a franchise …just saying :stuck_out_tongue:

I’m not following your logic there… Why couldn’t the franchise name be Dirty Bomb? You could then have sequels called something like “Dirty Bomb: Paris”, “Dirty Bomb: Origin” or whatever name is appropriate.

Also, anyone else noticed that the old DB Doritos is back in evidence on the interim website and on the forums banner? And in the last 3 dev videos they went from the yellow Extraction splash screen in the intro to nothing but the spinning Doritos opening to the old DB logo visible throughout the latest one? Tin foil hat time :cool:

Thats what im saying, Dirty bomb mean dirty bombs everywhere .After one city with the Dirty bomb /contamination /stuff ect…We should pass to something else or it will be a copy and paste in a different city (different art) if the game reflect whats you named it .
My vision is more than that for <the unknow game name>

While living in the US I’m glad that I never searched for ‘dirty bomb’ and am thankful for the name change. But Extraction just doesn’t sit right for whatever reason.

Maybe having more of a clear grasp of the ‘Cannon Lore’ for this world would help us suggest new names or be more accepting of the current eponym?

And sure we already know that it’s in London primarily, but if a story for a game can be told without using nouns from our world it makes naming it much simpler.
