Thanks ! I like Black Rain, it’s easy to remember, short, and refers to nuclear snow which has a large enough context to make a story about it.

“Heat Row” ? I googled it and it came always as “Heathrow” … airport mainly xD

If I remember right they did say they want to do it for expansions of the game. Including new cities with their respective story lines and maps.

Plus, it sounds kinda nice “Black Rain : London” and it has the " : " structure of the past games (“W:ET” and “ET:QW”)

Yep nice idea but I prefer talking about FREE add-on, like new city with a new bunch of maps.

I don’t really like Black Rain by the way, I like when that’s Dirty and I love playing with bombs

Black Rain sounds cool. The dark/yellow theme could stay, like it :wink:
If we will see DLCs, I hope all Alpha Testers get something like the Premium in BF so they get all DLCs for free :slight_smile:

I know many who play a game just because it’s free without paid content. Those aren’t diehard players, but active enough to be tagged regulars. You’ll split the community more and more then, which is something that harmed ET as well. (Multiple versions, many mods etc).

To best thing is to let users make their own content. You get a larger playerbase due to the variety of different maps and it attracts people who like mapping or modding as well. I don’t care whether the maps will be validated by SD but it’s a great feature to let people make their own content such as maps.

Ohh and I’m really glad SD keeps maintaining this game after the release, as there is no single FPS game I know of with some decent AntiCheat software which is updated frequently.

I know this and I’m not a fan of DLCs, actually I hate the concept of DLCs. I’m pretty sure we wont see any DLCs in xt and this is good. Someone from SD said, they will keep on working on xt, introducing new mercs/maps/weapons etc as long as they have an income from their business modell. They need players sticking to the game and buying stuff. So when they release a new map, many players will play the game even longer because they see that the money they invested is used to enlarge the playing time :slight_smile:
