I’m more curious about post-op transexuals, what gender do they pick? Surely you can’t discriminate due to a lifestyle choice… do they have to play a male or female model? I’m sure it’s hard enough in the real world for them without being ridiculed online as well… poor bastards 
Post-ops would just be there newly designated sex, it’s the pre-ops that are neither here or there that would cause some bother!
