for 1 you get the mercs in the ultimate starter packs and for 12 you get loadouts for the cards and one random one

There is the Ultimate Starter Bundle that comes with mercs and some credits you can use on another merc if you want which is the $1 tier. Then if you pay $12 you get these guaranteed cards + a case that gives you one more random card.

Wrong, i had the ultimate starter pack before and activated the key. I got the elite cases and the ingame money

Then what you had was a different starter pack most likely. I had the original starter pack and I activated an Ultimate Starter Pack (which replaced the original one) I won a while back but I could not activate a second that I won in a different drawing due to already owning it.

So it depends entirely on if this is the exact same USP as what you can buy on Steam. If it has a different global DLC ID then it should work. But I don’t believe that is the case.

-EDIT- I just asked around on Discord and apparently this is the Ultimate Starter Pack but it redeems as something different despite what the name says. So yes, you can redeem it if you have a USP already.

Yep, through the starter pack that you also get with the purchase. And a random loadout of any merc. That is the best non-RNG value purchase so far. Plus you get 50k credits and 2 elite cases.

@Kirays If you spent $12 you permanently unlock Proxy, Vassili, Sawbonez, Arty and Fragger. Then you get the loadout cards.

The 7 cards you get are the 5 mercs from that pack plus the two free mercs already in game, skyhammer and aura!

So do I understand this correctly, if I spend 12 dollar for the Dirty Bomb humble bundle I will also get the Dirty Bomb starter pack, Awesomenauts, Heroes & General early access Weekend Warrior pack, Curse premium 30 days, Wildstar Jumpstart pack, Path of Exile Arctic Crown + Cobra pet, Life is Feudal: Your Own, with it?
