It’s not too far fetched. If you’re working with software and you want something to be as random as possible you use entropy software or hardware. Entropy software can be buggy just like anything else. I was involved with resolving something similar where I work not too long ago. So I know it happens.
It might just be bad luck that you’re seeing. But it might be worth recording your results and seeing if there is a pattern that repeats over time or consistent results with getting particular cards (beyond what you already have). It might be worth making a thread in the bug section for @NxA_Noxie to look at.
