By the way @Bushwanker this is the right way to use the call out function. Spamming it when the person already responded is an impractical annoyance for them, because it loads their notification box with junk mail.

Then it gets lost, nothing wrong with posting his own things. Stop trying to impose your topic on everyone.

Lets be real; you’re the one kicking off and making a deal out of it. It’s a submission, a thread, a relevant idea. You don’t own the format, it’s pretty generic and you can’t stop others from doing it.

So what if Penguin made one and Bushwanker made another. Grow up lad, go get some pussy and it’ll sort your stress out.

Profile-
He is a frontiersmen who has gotten so adept with his arsenal that he has no joy in hunting prey. He has now moved to London to track the most dangerous game, including the mercenary units of Jackal and the CDA. He distinctively wants to best his rival Redeye and best him after several fights between them, one of which blinded Redeye in one eye.

Ability 1: Small Ammo Packs
Cooldown- 4 seconds
Provides a half clip of ammo, can be quickly spammed (Can carry up to 8 small ammo packs, extra ammo increases to 10 total)

Ability 2: Hunting Dart
Cooldown- 13 seconds
press button to pull out blow dart gun (similar to sparks’ REVIVR)
Darts act as a hit scan projectile (like Sparks’ REVIVR, end of similarities)
On hit: enemy is spotted for 8 seconds, removed by ammo pick up instantly, and is unable to sprint for 6 seconds (also removed by ammo)
Darts deal 8 damage per shot
can carry up to 3 darts at a time

Weapons-
Primary- (New!) Double EL-Mohr (play on Elmer Fudd) basically designed after an elephant gun
Deals 8 damage per pellet, 12 pellets per round, 2 rounds per clip, and 6 spare magazines
move at 87.5% move speed of merc
takes 1.6 seconds to reload, same amount of time to reload 1 round as it does 2
.7 seconds between shots
*Also has access to rembrug-7 and ahnuld-12
Theoretically, if all pellets land in one headshot, instantly kills all mercs but rhino
Secondary- has access to both revolvers and M9

Melee- beckhill combat knife, Kukri, and cricket bat

Notes
Suggested arguments:
Sneaky, extra ammo, extra supplies, enigma, double time, escort (dead argument, but would encourage objective play; maybe add buff of +7.5% movement speed while holding melee or objective), guardian angle, looter, chopper, quick slash, untrackable, and tough

Ideal: countered by other recon/sniper mercs (rivalry with Redeye) and rhino(too much HP), counters squishy mercs under 100 hp who rely on speed in combat, as well as bests other close-range mercs like Fletcher and Phantom

Background of the merc “Mosquito”:

Mosquito was once a honorable scientist in the US-Army until he got obsessed with
insects, especially mosquitos. This caused him to get feared and dreaded until he
finally withdrew from his job and colleagues so he could focus on his drones
research. In the end he created a deadly poison he inflicted weapons with and
which he started to test on humans which finally caused him to flee to London
where he got into contact with the mercs. He felt accepted pretty fast because
he saw in the other mercs the same as he felt for himself all the time :
An Outlaw.

EMP Aura
Cooldown- Like the Phoenix Heal
Duration- Used like Phoenix’s Heal the EMP Aura disables deployables arround Mosquito,
the longer he loads it the more range and durration but also more cooldown it has. It can disable Proximinity Mines, Turrets, Healtstaitons, and also Ammostations to cut off fire support

Moth
Cooldown-45s-1m(depends on how long you use it)
Duration- Take control over a little flying Drone (like 20s) equipped with a small gun to spot Enemies and disable Deployables, or try to distract Enemy Snipers. Cooldown starts when drone is destroyed/not used anymore. (You have to stand safe to use this, he is using a little Computer to fly the drone.)

Poisoned Bullets
Cooldown- appears every 2nd Bullet
Duration- Each Bullet you hit does 2% from the Enemy’s max Health as a D.o.T to the Enemy.
Removes instantly when the hitten Merc get’s Healed by anything.

Notes
Outer Apperence of the merc “Mosquito” :

Mosquito wears a tatty and ruined Safari suit, as teammate in a dark, nearly black
green with a lighter green design which should look a bit like plants and insects.
As an enemy it is a lighter green with the same design in black.
So far for the colours. He also wears a typical safari hat in a dark grey
with a pretty light green Biohazard Symbol on it. This hat would be a lighter
grey with the same sign. As a result of the hat he pulled up to his eyes and an
additional gas-mask in a simpel design which covers only nose and mouth and has
only one filter, only his eyes are seen. He got a steeltank with a little window on
his right hip that is filled with a thick green luquid which resembles the poison
he uses for his passive skill.
On the other side is a the drone hangig on his
hip which he pulls off for his skill “Moth”. He got a little computer on his right
arm he controlles his drones with. Next to that computer there is a button he presses
while using his EMP-Aura and a battery-like display that shows the charge of his Aura.
The same symbol his hat features is also on his right shoulder, just as Stoker has
his little Spaceinvader.

Other Notes:

Due to his gasmask his voice sounds like he really talks through a gasmask. his
eyes should be dark-green or even reddened like thunders.
