Bushwacker- Always my favourite engi and I love leaving my little present where no one expects her.

Phoenix- Easy-to-use on the run heal and Hochfire just keeps me coming back to him.

Skyhammer- don’t use him often, will exchange for Stoker soon, then with Fragger when I get the explosive pack. He’s always dependable though.

Proxy -> Best engineer for having fun in pub games
Kira -> I like challenge in using odd weapons
Aura -> Just annoying when used well

Proxy: Everything about Proxy suits me very well. She is my constant.
Stoker/Nader: Stoker if I know the team will need fire support, else I go Nader for raw firepower.
Phoenix/Aura: I swap between these two based on needs/whim. Tend to take Aura if I know we’ll lack healers, and Phoenix if I think we’ll lack competent damage dealers.

RedEye - Hard merc using the grandeur, worth the challenge.
Sparks - Hard merc using the REVIVR, worth the challenge.

Sparks - Most favorite merc in the game, can’t not have her in my squad ever!
Fletcher - the most fun to use and imo versatile engineer
Fragger/lately Nader - I enjoy their killing potential and I like having a viable combat merc instead of fire support, since there’s always at least 2-3 Skyhammers/Artys on every EV map ^^’

I personally like to have a good balance for the team. I play with friends alot which means I’ll play to their strengths and they’ll play to mine. My squad will vary but the most frequently used for me is, fragger, Fletcher, pheonix. Fragger is a must in every game, his dps is almost unmatched and is alot of fun to play also, Fletcher is…Well fletcher, buckets of fun and pretty effective as a specialist. Now pheonix is my personal preference others will swear by sawbonez and that’s fine, for me the added speed and the better weapon pool edge it for me and the self revive can come in handy in frantic situations. These are my main and most played mercs, I’d swap fragger out for stoker if the team need a support and Fletcher for bushwacker depending on the map. Pheonix is the main stay for me, the level of skill displayed buy the majority of people that play medic in this game is laughable, it’s been worse since the update as well so I feel you need to run a medic thay can heal and revive yourself.

Nader/Fragger - Whatever I feel like, I swear I get more kills with Nader though, but I get a higher amount with Fragger, almost breaking 50 a lot of the time. But regardless I like to have a good assault for dishing out pain to super passive people.

Bush - SMG 9 + a stronger turret = my man

Sawbonez - Though Phoneix is good, I gotta admit Saw is the better Medic, more health, health packs are amazing for the fast pace I like to play at, and again, SMG 9 Master Race

I know what you mean with nader and fragger. I started out with nader as my main, new player so spammable nades were a easier prospect for me, but I noticed fragger was the far superior merc not long after and haven’t stopped using him ever since. I’ve had a few games where I’ve got 50 kills in the first half and even going flawless while playing him, the highlight of that being a 45/0 on bridge in objective. I feel nader is the more mobile merc, better suited for flanking where as fragger is a good battering ram, high dps and can clear a room instantly.

Kira - My first merc, saw her, and knew I had to have her, also first cobalt.
Proxy - my 2nd merc, fast, fun to play, and an objective specialist.
Phoenix - Medic, looks cool, nice abilities. and has decent weapons

Stoker - I like fire
Stonehammer - I like insurance knowing that I save airstrikes for EV and not to kill 1 player

Phoenix - main medic, mostly because of mobile AOE heals and hochfir.
Fletcher - steky boms
Stoker/Redeye - stoker for his versatility as a fire support with his molotov, and redeye because i like the ability to snipe while also being somewhat useful in medium-close range.

  1. Sawbonez: He’s just my baby. Played him in the Alpha/closed Beta. He was the first Merc I bought. I got an Obsidian beta Tester card for him, my first Gold and my first CW cards were him. He’s fun, useful and overall just an awesome Merc. I love him and he loves me. <3
  2. Kira/Arty: Sometimes even Skyhammer, but since I got nice CW cards for Kira and Arty my second slot is occupied for those two. Kira for her fun laser. She’s just awesome for making friends in the other team rage :smiley: and Arty is good for disabling the EV and stuff. +I love the Dreiss-AR
  3. One random slot. Mostly for the mercs I have to use for my missions. If I don’t have missions I mostly use some objective specialist or assault. Proxy and Fragger are my go-to’s.
    If I’d own a Fletcher I think he’d take slot 3 most of the time.

My squad:
Kira - My first and favorite merc. Very fast and dangerous xP
Proxy - My go to engineer, and I like her speed. Having 2 SMGs suits me very much also.
Sparks - Probably my favorite merc in terms of design. Being one of the fastest definitely is fun too and I love being quick on distant revives.

Others:
Nader - I switch Kira out sometimes to play as her because she’s a great merc with a higher health pool.
Phoenix - Sparks comes out when I want to play with him. I love his abilities.
