It has been awfully quiet lately, but we have some new announcements to make relating to Dirty Cups closing. Unfortunately this means that there is no major competition left. What it means for us is that we will be re-launching our Dirty Bomb game nights. Starting the week of the 17th(9 days from now) we will have a Dirty Bomb game night on Monday and Thursday night from 8PM EST to 10PM EST. This may be changed as schedules change.

Hey guys, Kirel here.

For those who don’t know, I’m the main coach of our tournament team and I handle things such as recruitment, team strategies, map callouts and roles. Recently, many of our members on the team have decided to step back due to real-life activities and events such as school, being unable to launch Dirty Bomb/inactivity of Dirty Bomb. Because of this, the Juked tournament team has thinned out main roster and decided to find more members in the team.

Without further ado, I will now ask all interested applicants to use this format:

The way we are going to handle our recruitment/scouting for new members for our tournament team is going to be formatted like so:

  1. We are going to fill up a Dirty Cups private server and have a 5v5 match with the people interested in joining.
  2. We are going to have 2-3 spectators in the same match.
  3. Captains will be randomly picked to handle who is drafted on their time. 1st pick gets to decide player, 2nd pick decides map (out of the 3 that are given on the lobby screen of course).
  4. There will be a series of games, so do not worry if you are not comfortable with the map pick or if your synergy is awful with the team you were drafted in.
  5. These matches will happen during the week of August 31st through September 6th.
  6. Sunday is usually the day most people are off, but I will run these matches in the evening (EST). If time is a problem, please comment below what timezone you are and the tournament team will try to compromise.

Final words for this recruitment post will be that skill does not equate to a guaranteed spot. Neither does referral or attitude towards the team and the clan. Sometime during these matches one of the senior members of the clan might pop in to check that everything is alright.

I will personally monitor the recruitment process thoroughly and have other members report any misconduct or misbehavior during these matches and outside as well (should you decide that you’d like to play with members outside of the tournament team).

And finally, I’d like to thank all of you interested in joining this team. Currently, we are at a point to where we cannot compete in Dirty Bomb Nation. It’s been frustrating for all of us that want to be competing at an amateur or above level, but keep getting set back due to various things. Your help and interest in the Juked tournament team will definitely help us get back up and hopefully achieve our dream.

Uh I’m not sure if you understood the post above @elys1um . The purpose of that post was to recruit players on our clan’s tournament team. Being a general member is more than welcome to anyone- the tournament team and the DB players in our clan are two different things.

Hopefully that cleared up some confusion.
