Sure. I have a spare bedroom that has all my workout equipment in it. So as long as you can sleep well on a bench, treadmill or elliptical then why not.

Seriously though, I am pretty excited. Soon I’ll have that sweet 1000 down/1000 up line and will be able to host my own SoF2, ET and JK2 servers among other old but good games.
