Except that lock-on isn’t even THAT mandatory on Fletcher, just very helpful.
I’m really worried about the rocket launcher’s counterplay here. I already find the 1s wind up fairly short, if you can also lower it with a perk it might become atrocious to deal against.

This perk lowers cooldown, not the charge time. Furthermore, it lowers it only by 10% - from 30s to 27s.

The recharge augments lowers the COOLDOWN ! Not the wind up time.

Yeah… kinda doesn’t leave a good taste in the mouth. I’m very happy with that loadout; it’s actually really good, but if you get boned… you paid $15 to get boned. Not cool.

Jeezes she is broken.
It’s like they decided that a single charge Arty that works indoors would be balanced. Everytime she gets that rocket up she pretty much gets a free kill.
