Her support ability is my main concern. If you cannot give ammo to yourself playing Javelin will be a pain in the buttocks. If the ability indeed is passive, maybe her E will be used to refill your own ammo. I also quite like the idea of javelin having a limited amount of ammo to give out at once, and having to refill the reserve from a secondary source.
I feel though, that the pulse effect would fit db the best. (but how would you explain a magical pulse off ammunition)
