(Otter) #102

Hiya!
My names Mikhaila, or Otter. I’m from Russia, but I live in the US now. Been gaming since I was about three, when I got a PsOne for Christmas. Move to Xbox 360 after the PS2, and stuck with it for quite a few years, with some PC mixed in through all that. Pretty much only play on PC now, but I still get our my 360 and PS3 from time to time.
Always looking for people to play with, just hit me up on Steam!

(FailJertsu) #103

Ayoo, I’m FailJertsu and I happen to be bad at video games.
I play CSGO, TF2, LoL and Dirty Bomb sometimes, mainly with my friends so I can get carried.

I’m 17 years old and after reading some of your comments I feel like a baby.

(Wilhelm) #104

Hello all,

I’m Wilhelm, I live in the non-concrete jungle part of New York State. I found Dirty Bomb through the youtuber WarOwl. I have “experience” from shooters such as CS:GO like almost everyone else on this forum. In game you can see me being horrible as Kira or Arty because I don’t know how to play anyone else effectively. I am a boring and cliche person who likes Led Zeppelin and cats. I hope to enjoy this game with you fine folks.

(BigBadBazooka) #105

Hello yall,
My name’s Ryan aka Bazooka.
23 years old from USA. Oklahoma… 'murica. Not really a redneck though. Just a half Korean raised in the south. Been PC gaming since I was 7… Was getting banned from CS 1.6 servers by the age of 11 for “hacking” but they were just nerd raging because a little kid was owning them. Played just about every blizzard game since I was 8. Also played TFC and loved CS 1.6, actually went to a tourney when I was 11… Sorry I’m just trying to relive my glory days because I’m nowhere near as good on CS:GO as I was on 1.6.
Today, I mainly play Starcraft 2 and CS:GO. My brother told me to check out DB a few days ago and I been hooked ever since. I feel like it is kinda a mix between TF and CS but it feels fresh to me… I’ve never really got into any fast-paced? FPS before besides TFC and some Tribes. I really enjoy DB though and can see myself playing it for a long time. I’d actually like to join/get a clan going and some scrimmages.

P.S. Sorry for long post. Actually in a terribly bad mood right now -__-; and kinda vented to get my mind off things but I’d love to meet some new friends! Especially some that I could own with on DB!

(Psych0tron666) #106

Hello!

I’m Janne from Finland and i am 23 years old. The thing what got me to play Dirty Bomb was it’s simmilarity to Wolfenstein: Enemy Territory. I have played Enemy Territory something like 8 years and half of that time in professional teams.

After i stopped playing ET i played mosty mmorpg and rpg games. After i got bored to play rpgs i started to play fps games again like cs:go and BF:s, but didn’t really get so far with them.

Then i heard about Dirty Bomb and i tested it and i learn it quite fast because of my former experience from ET. After playing for short time i decided that i will take the playing of this game near the same level where i was with ET

-Psych0tron

P.S. Hope to see you guys in competitive ;)(…and tournaments if i ever reach that level)

(Jyyry) #107

(Draza) #108

Nice to meet an amazing community!!!

(Dannoroy) #109

G’day, Name’s Dannoroy I’m 21 year old ginger hailing from Australia.
I’m currently studying a bachelor of ministries to prepare me for religious/charity work in Mongolia. Grew up on racing and RTS games then I began to play COD I became quite good at it and played in a few local competitions after I stopped playing COD I moved onto LOL (Not playing either now). A few months back I was looking to crave some FPS desires and picked up Dirty Bomb, mainly because it was free but also because I like the teamwork aspect it advertised now I’ve been playing during my spare time ever since! Look forward to seeing you all in game guns blazing!

(Dannoroy) #110

Forgot to mention I’m playing mostly medics atm.

(frankMonitor) #111

Hey guys, 16 y/o from East Coast trying to get a break from CS:GO (Currently LEM).

So far, so good!

(IrresistibleJ) #112

Hey Humans (Got bored of standard greetings)

I’m a 38 year old gamer from the UK and got into Dirty Bomb via watching Pansy stream it.
As you can imagine been playing games for a few years stemming from Medal of Honour Allied Assualt right though to about CoD2 and then i moved over to the MMORPG side. (They had cookies darn it!)
I seem to enjoy playing Aura and Sawbones at the moment but as i have just started thats not surprising as i often feel like a pin cushion at a needle work class.

My ingame name is Dramen and my twitch name is Dramen76 (Someone took Dramen on twitch!), I kinda liked the random name these forums gave me so i might just keep it LoL! I’ll add something into my signiture when the forums lets me add one

Happy Hunting Humans and remember shoot the guy next to me first, They are probably better than me!

(Shepherde) #113

Hello,

I am 29 years old fella from Finland. I found Dirty Bomb simply by following game news, heard that Splash Damage is making a new game similar to W:ET, eventually saw gameplay videos and got very interested.

I was a huge fan of W:ET, played it actively for 5 years (2003-2008), had to stop because of RL things but I’ve always missed the game and friends I got with it. So far I’ve enjoyed Dirty Bomb a lot, I giggled like a little child after my first run with it last Friday  It brought back the same feeling I had playing ET…

I’ve played World of Tanks for last 3 years but I’m on the edge of uninstalling that game now.

I’ve found my favourite mercs already, Sawbonez for that close combat mayhem and Fragger if I feel that I must blow sh*t up.

Special shoutout to anyone I might know from good old days of ET

(Lissxy) #114

Heya,

21 years old gamer from the Netherlands, debated whether to try Dirty Bomb or not for a looong time until I was bored on one day and decided to try it. I haven’t been regretting this decision ever since! It has probably turned into one of my favorite games

I’m also looking for more people to play Dirty Bomb with, so feel free leave me a message.
Doesn’t matter whether you’re from Europe or the US!

(kopyright) #115

34, from Germany. I was looking for a team based shooter that wasn’t COD, and TotalBiscuit’s WTF video arrived at just the right time to get me interested (and hooked later on). Playing Skyhammer was already great fun to begin with, but the game got even better as soon as I was able to unlock Vassili and be a proper sniper.

Looking forward to spending some more time on those maps (though I could already do with some new ones  )

(TheOrangePhantome) #116

To introducing my self or not introducing my self that is the question.

(Lissxy) #117

You shall introduce yourself or I will do it for you.

(Sterling) #118

Well, I’m Envy. That’s already a lot of info.

I play whatever I like, really. Sometimes I feel like playing some RTS, sometimes a TPS, other times I wanna play a racing game. It’s pretty random.

I didn’t expect anything from DB, so I cannot say I’m disappointed. The only things I wish to see is, like lots of people, some new maps and some optimization. This game can easily be one of the most competitive ones that people currently play, and I’d like to see that happen (and be part of it somehow. I like feeling important, because yes).

(xephyr) #119

I am 30 years old and from Belgium. I played quake III, call of duty and quake live. I have been inactive for a few years but dirty bomb seems to be an attractive game and I want to give it a try.

Let’s hope for an active community to support this game.

(TheOrangePhantome) #120

I’m a shy guy so naaahhh. Don’t think imma share any info.
@Envy I don’t like feeking important but hey we’re all different wonderful people. Or atleast most of us are.
