I wonder can upload Frag Movie friends'

my friend who Zuzak sign in yesterday, he want upload his youtube link for entry ‘frag movie contest’.
but he can’t upload his link. after hear that, i upload his link instead.
but i wonder why he can’t upload that link.
and could he entry contest when this situation?

Is your friend Zuzak able to contact us directly? It might be an account limitation that we should be able to solve.
