Bush is making a come back mang.
I need your opinions. Which Merc is most used and most helpful for you?
Fletcher mostly from that list with Arty.
Phantom is not very used since “hit the damn ground balance”. Red Eye is also not very used since most of us just throw a nade/sticky/airstrike spotter(literally anything) into smoke(or behind the smoke) or just shoot towards smoke.
Bushwhacker is best. game mode xp, combat xp and a touch of support xp as well. Kills enemy really fast, does objectives fast, has a cool hat. What more could you ever want? aside from FIRE!
BRING ME STOKER! (srs tho, bushwhacker is damn awesome)
Hello I can’t decide which to get. So I am asking for your opinions
Oops. Forgot to say. For other. Write down which one of the next upcoming Merc that you think will be useful.
Which merc is best for me isn’t going to be what’s best for you. Try out the mercs during free rotation, see which one you like the best and then purchase it.
For example, you will have many people tell you that the Blishlok is hands down the best gun in the game. I hate the thing. Everyone’s playstyle is different. Play what’s fun for you.
I’d rather have a Fletcher on my team than any of these others. Fletcher is an offensive objective specialist which is really helpful to the team.
Phantom is terrible right now, and even pre-nerf I would rather not have any on my team since they do not bring anything to the table other than braindead downing.
Might be different in the future for Redeye, but I’ve never gotten a good Redeye on my team who knows how to play with a smoke grenade. Rather than helping the team with their smoke nades they usually just block your view and screw you over.
Aaaaand Arty… He’s just a weak skyhammer, no reason to ever pick him. Horrible gunselection and ability can’t be used indoor. So you can pick him just to have some fun every now and then, but won’t be very useful to your team on a lot of maps.
i voted arty, because he is a solid workhorse sitting right between kira and fragger. His arty is somewhat useable but still needs a slight buff. Arty has the best primary in the game (br16), unlimited ammo, similar to kira, only difference is Kira has the better ability and speed, but arty gets more health so he is going to be less fragile when against skilled players and in closer engagements.
With the artillery strike buff, a well-played Arty is actually pretty formidable. I’d go with Fletcher though if you prefer a bit more aggressive mercs.
Arty is in second place for a poll that isn’t negative. I think I might shed a tear :’)
To be totally honest the most used mercs are always the mercs on rotation. But from your list, the merc that doesn’t totally suck is fletcher, but he has a very high skill cap. If you know how to play him well and fast you can do ravages but if you suck at it, it will most likely annoy you. The easiest to play out of your list would be Arty.
PS: if you ask about the most played mercs, why include mercs to come? Nobody plays those yet XD
Fletcher has so much potential, creaming people with perfectly predicted sticky bombs feels amazing, don’t think I’ve had as much fun with any other merc.
I like Arty, theres some cool cheeky spots where you can call arty over half the map and hes actually useful for the objective aswell unlike some invisible merc whose name i dont want to spell out here.
Kira all the way!
She’s loads of fun once you get the hang of her.
If you should buy her, don’t forget that she requires decent amount of practice.
You need to hit these heads otherwise you will be outclassed from automatic weapons.
Kira fights more on longer distances but close combat isn’t prohibited either.
Then again, only if you hit heads.
Her ammo station is very useful.
Your whole team will be supplied with ammo within seconds.
You can just place it, wait a second and then pick it up again to gain fast, fresh ammo.
The laser is her identity.
Use it wise and you’ll rack quads with it.
Be aware though, it has its weaknesses.
Obviously it can’t be used indoors but the worst thing is that you can’t just freely move it.
For example, you want to move the laser forwards.
You can’t do that if you simply hold it in the air.
You need to hold it on the ground or on some sort of building to get it moved.
That’s Kira.
