Played enough to get nearly halfway to the lantern during the Drop the Dickens event. Got 0.

Wouldn’t it have made sense to give you a event case for each trinket you reach or something? At least that way people who actually bothered to take part in the event could get a reward (trinkets are not interesting to me at all, would gladly swap trinkets for loadouts) and it’s not quite so RNG since it’d be linked to your playtime. I got 2 CW cases in the previous random drop event, both loadouts I’ll likely never use. Oh well.

I haven’t had any guaranteed cases and I got one rubbish rhino card from a normal case…

Haven’t really played a whole lot during the event and needless to say that I have no desire to buy those elite cases.

If anyone wants them when trading comes along they can have them, although I doubt anyone would want to give a good Gold loadout for them unless they just want the skin.

Zero. I’ll probably just trade one of my two bad CW cards for a bad Dickens card when trading gets implemented so I can be content with having at least 1 of each card type.

I still wish I actually got a drop though, I logged at least 20 hours of match time during it. The lantern will have to suffice as a souvenir for now.

Two from ordinary case drops.
Rest from bought cases.

Pretty suprised they didnt give everyone a guaranteed case at the end of the event, pretty stingy imo.
