They do not drop from games, as far as I know. They come from Arsenal Crates only. Exedore said they would not be releasing droprates of Arsenal crates because they are changing them.

I do know they can drop in 1 and 5 packs, because I opened a Crate earlier, but I don’t remember seeing a 10 pack.

If they do drop from games, it would be really stupid to not include that in patch notes.

you can’t buy them, they’re not in the store, they ONLY come in drops
