Okay, kind of serious answer. Look at the stickybomb on that picture :

You see the sort of black matter on the stickybomb that form some kind of strip ? I am pretty sure it’s some kind of adhesive matter that Fletcher uses to ensure the stickiness of his bombs. You can them assume that his gloves are made with some kind of anti-adhesive cover, which allows him to throw a stickybomb without keeping it stuck on his hand.

…Or I can be totally wrong and the stickiness of the stickies is due to some kind of black magic coming from space.
