nah, I am waiting for ET client release , I am hoping in it …
This thing i wanted to revert back to Q3 style , or at least add flag DLF_VERTEX_WORLD for current for those who want to use them…
I want to fix add more things than this by the way…

hack in a actual “light” entity

no good, light needs to be compiled so would not be any use in game

lol , maybe i can care , but i dont understand much this idea , because ET dynamic lighting seems to be very weird for me :confused: , you need damn big radius to be sure that dlight will not dissappear

It’s more for fun and completion. I first set out to create a mod like Shrub but maintained. I’ve got all of the shrubbot commands except for ftime (which I just need to get around to) and glow. It’s been proven it can be done, and server-side only at that. I’m just not sure exactly what he’s doing to do it.

I’ve been trying to track him down, but his website is dead and he seems not to check his mailbox (shrub@planetwolfenstein.com). He seems to be a member of the Punk Buster staff now, but I can’t think of any way to contact him. Any ideas?
