Bio : Ryan ‘Turbo’ Taylor, Born in New York , was a 30 year old American football player ( position - HalfBack) participating in the 2020 NFL finals match at London during the Dirty Bomb strike . Even though he manages to escape from the disaster , his family who came to watch the game gets killed . After recovering from his loss , he decides to fight his way through . He himself designed an advanced boot which can make him sprint at high velocity . His abilities were soon discovered by ‘Jackal’ and decides to train him to become a Mercenary .
Extra info :
-He was trained by Thunder
-His EMP launcher (BOLT) is designed by Sparks .

Ability 1

KICK : Turbo can pulls out his EMP rocket launcher . EMP ( ElectroMagnetic Pulse ) upon impact with a solid object , disables all enemy equipments and deployables in its blast radius , while doing no splash damage to the enemy’s heath.
Blast Delay after impact: 0.7 sec
Blast radius : ~120m ( 1.5 x higher than a frag grenade outer blast radius )
Damage to enemy on direct hit : Body - 70 , head - 140
Damage to enemy on indirect hit : 0
recharge : 35 sec

Quote: when direct hit on an enemy - ( sings )" Move bitchh… Get outta the way… "

Main Usage
-Damage EV : 300 ( 2 hits to take down )
-Damage Generator : 300 ( I hit to take down )
-Disable all enemy deployables ( Turret , mines , Healing Station , Ammo station etc )

BOLT : Turbo activates the high velocity sensors in his boots , which allows him to sprint at high speed for 5 seconds .
Sprint Speed ( boosted ) : 490 ( 500 if running with football )
Duration:5 sec
cool down : 35 seconds
When Velocity is activated a green neon trail follows the merc ( as shown in image )
Shooting any weapon during this ability will disengage ‘Bolt’

Quote 1: "Its… Turbo time "
Quote 2: "Come… catch me now !! "

Main Usage :
-Quick charging towards a distant enemy
-Escaping from fire fight / from enemy AoE abilities
-Flanking

i might be late if i wasnt before, buuuuut if my ungoogle-confirmed guesses are correct, i still have some time, soooo

- DUAL WIELDING -
suggested several times before, but this puts a spin on the idea. basically, you still get a primary, secondary and melee, except primary and secondary weapons are both weapons that for every other merc belong squarely in the secondary slots, like the machine pistols, handguns and revolvers, the primary is held in one hand, secondary in the other.
you can also still swap between primary and secondary with scroll wheel and numbers like before, but this time you switch to: 1. reload only one gun while the other continues firing 2. aim down the sights of that gun while firing the other pretty much blind.
(hip-fire is pretty much the same except maybe less accurate since its 2 guns and all)
and maybe rmb/lmb can be used to fire gun in right hand/left hand respectively?

(i was never really good and stats and story writing)

when i started this giveaway i thought there will be MUCH more likes posts and interest

I would like to point out something i didn’t understand .I think @TheRyderShotgun too

Correct me if i’m wrong .
As you said in the original announcement “Praising Faraleth will NOT affect my decision” , But later on it became a vital deciding making factor ? You ruled out 2 guys ( including me ) based on that ??

I’m not saying my idea was better or anything .I would be more satisfied of you said that our idea/suggestion was not good enough . But rather you disqualified it based on something thats unprofessional and pointless .
I know Faraleth from forums and ingame and its not at all a hard task to mention him and praise ( Though i don’t understand why is it for ?? Did Faraleth made giveaways before ? i don’t know / how am i supposed to know ?)
But since you told it won’t affect your decision , i didn’t find it necessary

I’m not trying to be a d1ck . Its always nice to see people doing giveaways ,you are a really good person. And the winner is completely based on your decision and liking . But maybe , next time when you do , only write Rules which you actually Mean .

Doing giveaways when you’re not a youtuber is pointless mate. Rarely anybody pays attention because they can’t get noticed. However these forums are pretty active so I guess people are just not interested or the timing of of the give away was a bit unfair on a large portion of the community. Our steam community has a really active community with over 160 people, maybe have a word with Faraleth if you want to do future give aways and we could organise an event. Maybe a couple of games where we pick sides or something like that, I would throw in a few cases or merc codes if I could get my hands on them.

agree and i was urged by friend to prolong the giveaway but i was discouraged because i saw other threads that came after this that got more popularity and views much faster than this so i thought people are just not interested and i wanted to finish it asap
