Somebody can tell my what is this …
It’s happend so often and I don’t know what I have to do 
I don’t know what happened, but today it’s a lot worse. This bug seemed to happen a little less over the past couple of days. But now I’ve been trying to play the game for over an hour and only managed to play one round. It even got stuck right after a round in the menu without me leaving the server and trying to load back into one. I had to reboot once and had to force- stop the game about five times through taskmanager. That, and the amount of loading time and screens that you have to go through after each restart really takes the fun away 
I noticed that someone had a problem where Steam still thought that the game was running after they closed it, and I found a fix: You have to terminate the processes ‘xxd-0.xem’ and ‘ShooterGame-Win32-Shipping.exe’ in Task Manager.
I have experienced this bug a number of times when joining a game that has already began.(Not in Lobby)
Assumption:
Bug in the code that refreshes the account to get our loadouts.
Yup, getting the same bug every other game, only during Quick Join, usually when a match is already in session. I can hear everything but screen is blank and nothing can be clicked forcing me to alt+F4 and restart the game.
Playing on fullscreen with no tabbing out during loadup just in case and it still happens.

At times when I join a server, the UI in the lobby freezes, doesn’t load info about the players or my loadouts. The only solution seems to be closing the game and starting it again.
I’ve been repeatidly getting the same thing too. usually 2 times in a row…has happened a handful of times.
I got this picture from Google Images since I Alt+F4’d to close the game before I took a screen shot, but the same thing happened to me. This happened to me for the first time today as I joined a match using Quick Match from the main menu.

Game can’t load mercs and loadouts images (specially Phantom’s content):
Despite the above, I’m able to join any server and switch mercs (If I remember where they used to be on screen) and buy mercs (at least I can see the option to buy them). All of the buttons works properly (Deploy, Leave Match, Back, Cancel).
I don’t have a screen cap atm, but in th News Tab phantom’s update info is missing, and I can’t exit/close Steam or run the gme again because “Dirty Bomb is still running” message, so I have to end the steam process via task manager (sometimes I cant end CoherentUI process)

Same problem here since 3 days. Cleaned all the dirty bomb files, réinstalled 2 times the game, and still have this bug.
@KaVerN found the solution to address his problem : the program responsible for the menu UI was conflicting with his firewall. So you should put all the dirty bomb folders into the exceptions.

Could other users please test this and let me know the results?
Game works normally now, I don’t know how, it just happened 1 day after the update.
I have no DB folders into exceptions
