If you cannot compete against other people in terms of individual skill, you will end-up dead, outplayed, no matter what kind of strategy you had i mind.

That is entirely my point. I get plenty of kills if I play Sky Hammer. I get loads of XP because I give out ammo constantly. I can take down Fletchers and Naders with my trusty M4. I can chase off spawn frags and clear the objective with an air strike. If I play Bushwhacker, I get killed eight times while repairing the EV. I played Sparks once when I revived four of our team and we then capped the objective. After I won the match for our team, some schmuck talks trash because I had a 3/12 kill ratio.
