Speaking of weather doesn’t nuclear explosions cause acid rain? It should just start raining at random intervals and if you’re caught in the rain you loose health and become poisoned. To cure the poison you have to drink some special tea.

how about an ingame vendor like in DOTA where you can buy special items/buffs… it’d be your visit to the Naturopath… 10 second time out for a remedial massage gives you a 10 second adrenaline boost after each respawn and 2x stamina for 5 a five minute duration.
