Maybe with Nader and a cricket bat since martyrdom also counts as a melee kill. 
Probably Sawbonez, I’d say. He can’t self-heal very effectively, and when he does he only needs to be tagged a little bit before it stops and he needs to use another medbag. He only has SMGs. He runs at medium speed. He’s a medium size target. He runs out of ammo FAST (unlike Rhino, Vassili, Proxy (who has a Machine Pistol sidearm), Redeye, and all the fire support mercs). His guns are best for close and medium ranges, but if he gets to low health in close range he can’t self-heal - he needs to get to cover and heal in peace, which is hard to do when you’re trying to disengage a close range opponent.

It would appear that I am currently sitting on 2365 Aces (timed_kill_level3) and 373 (kill_streak_level4) Godlikes.
Thanks for the command @LifeupOmega. It looks super ugly on your screen and cuts off at the bottom (for me at 1080p anyway) but most of what I wanted to see was in the middle anyway.

I’d say it’s easier to go godlike with any medic than anyone else. Your self-sustain is through the roof, you have a good hp pool with Sawbonez, the SMG-9 cuts through anyone if you can aim it. I never have issues at least 
Well, I guess if you want to get a godlike and haven’t been able to, in terminal as defenders on first objective, it’s super easy as vassili from the ledge above the gate before they get the forward spawn. Got couple of them on my third game as him

2 w/ Phoenix
1 w/ Proxy
1 w/ Arty
1 w/ Vassili

Well, I’m not saying it’s impossible - but just comparing how much easier it would be with Phoenix who can self heal VERY effectively, has a slightly better choice of weapons AND can self-revive.
Is it weird that the merc that I’ve gotten the most Godlike’s with is Bushwhacker? I think it’s weird.
Not weird at all - he’s amazing for defence. When you’re in a 1v1 and you start getting shot by a KEK-10 and a Turret at the same time, there’s pretty much nothing you can do.
The key to playing Bushwhacker is to avoid abandoning your turret and expecting it to fight on its own - because it’s a glass cannon that literally can’t move, so it’s easy to take it down. But, if you’re sticking with your turret, the enemy can’t flank it as easily.

Hmm I wish we could tell how many we get but I just got one last night as bush. And I got one before that but I can’t count that medal went 37-0 on a match where the highest level on the enemy team was 12 
most were at or under level 5
