Special ability: its whats makes a merc different and it is always satisfying to kill (or in medic case heal/revive) someone with it no matter if its a turret, artillery, cloaked backstabbing, mines, grenadelauncher or friggin orbital Lazors.

As for primary weapons to be honest naming the ones I don’t like is easier sniper, shotguns, revoler. But thats just me and it is a constant across all games. The rest are equally good imo.
