Sorry but the useful augments with the Moa are spares and unshakable and and you can only have 1 or the other. Focus either is bugged and doesnt work yet or its effect is just negligible. You can check it here:

The felix on the other hand have all 3 good perks on both F12 and F91 card. And 2 of felix cards have spotter, which is the best augment for Vaseline imo.
