the quote is in the game sound files but isnt currently used
also vasilli says “think of it as rick rolling, but with a sniper rifle” but doesent appear in the game as of yet sadly

Kira is probably supposed to be an independent Japanese women that enjoys her fair share of internet jokes and nerdiness. There’s doge, chibi, Godzilla, and anime references in her dialogue.

All of the voice actors in the game are top notch, Splash really did a great job sourcing them and they did great delivering their lines.
Kira would be my pick but that might be due to the lines she was given.
