hey nice! there are allready this star wars map, falcon. witch is realy cool.
i dont think you should use jedies for player models. what about just having clones and droids, axis can maybe have this big droid(cant remember name) for soldier, and allies will have clone soldiers with diffrent skins. maybe cvops can be humans. on both teams? since they get special weapons.

no sounds and such stuff, only the models, think more than a months

I’d agree.
To my mind do a testing release of droid vs droid first (imagine having to decide who to kill just based upon radar and player names… like confronting a CVop in uni who carries a Panzer LOL). That way you can get some feedback while you work on the rest of the models. l kinda agree with Tyrlop, Jedi won’t be good models in ET without a new code mod.
Now maybe you can get the whole mapping community to provide some sample sounds (original mind you) as some sort of competition. Speaking of sounds you might want to catch this 20 minute presentation March 27 or later.
BTW any thoughts on the droid tanks?

About a mod for et…
I think it depends on alot of stuff.
Basically one could change all models, tank, the destroyable guns (oasis), the radars in radar … and so on…
While gameplay could be still the same.
Yet new code wouldn’t be bad… a real light sabre instead of the knife with correct range and all would be very nice.

People should really see these models in action… with the animated shader-effects.
It looks much different then than these static images… too bad.
In-game they look quite technologicly…
