I see your anecdotal evidence and raise you my own.
I see far more proxies than naders and thats strictly on level 10/20 servers where people usually have a atleast a couple of mercs. But it is, as it is.
Nader is an assault a class that isn’t as requirt to be in a squad as is an engineer and assault mercs pretty much can be substituted both with the firesupport and recon class (considering that alot of people are trying aimee out…). While everyone is constantly screaming for a medic quite a few people don’t want to play a medic since it means you can’t focus as much on the shooty stuff (me included) so no chance for sawbonez. And arty well he isn’t exactly popular either and worst of all he is in direct competition with skyhammer for a squad place.

Proxy on the other hand is not only part of the most important class in game, but is a very popular merc on her own. Sure she might drop off in comp but in pup she does fine and she certainly has a lower learning cure than both bushwhacker and fletcher.

That the percentages are not moving much isn’t too suprising either you might see more Naders in a single game but considering that at every given minute there are a a few 1000 people playing will even out and stay relative steady.

@RazielWarmonic I still dont get why you guys didnt made that individually so each player would get something that wont stay in the bottom of their closet. Now half the people are gonna get a loadout for a merc they dont play. It would have made much more sense to make it individual, I know what was the thought behind this idea, an event were people would change merc and we would see percentages evolving with playerbase struggling agaisnt each other to make their merc win but as you see its not like that at all its just the same percentage for a week determined by who is the engineer of the group.
The system is kinda rigged toward engineer since they are really the only class really necessary to win.
But I guess its useless to tell you that since you probably would want a Sawbro loadout too instead of a Proxy.

@DirtyMerc I had bought Elite cases on first day to get some suspect loadout got a very good Arty and R22 Proxy which is imo the best shotgun loadout for proxy. after my 9th booster i finally dropped a case and it gives me a shit Proxy shotgun thx RNG you really want me to paly proxy

Idk whats worse, advocating nader spam in pubs or suicide proxies. Anyways, percentages have changed over the week. Almost every pub game I played had almost every play with proxy in their teams. Those who had nader active had proxy sitting on the bench.

its just annoying to play with 4 phantoms, 1 rhino on attack on Chapel in Stopwatch Mode…

and even in Asia server that has the lowest population, I can still see bunch of Proxes.

I’ll just stick with my Thunda all the time.

If that’s the case why isn’t it changing. I highly doubt every game played had the exact same amount of proxy nader arty sawbonez. I doubt at 2pm 33% was proxy and at 3pm 33% was proxy as well. I think somethings suspect when we’re seeing exact numbers every time we log in. What is the update frequency supposed to be?every time we get to front end every time we log in once per hour/day/week

It fluctuates over the first couple hours, but statistically you need a large consistent change in mercs present to actually affect the percentages.

The %'s don’t show the current number in matches, it’s the average over the course of the whole week. So as time passes changes affect the average less and less. Without a major shift in the whole community, the outcome of the week will be decided within the first 6 hours.

This is a real Signature.

Update frequency is pretty much immediate.
The numbers just don’t fluctuate much after a few days because each merc has SO many hours clocked, one hour more or less won’t be noticeable. Pretty basic.

You can get game mode XP by destroying an EV or blowing up generators with nades, so Skyhammer on Chapel or Nader on Bridge can get things done. If you pile this is for a couple of games, you should easily reach the mission goal.

Proxy isn’t even in rotation anymore and I’m seeing more of her than any other merc still.

Sawbonez had a higher percentage than Rhino, Arty is has the lowest percentage like Rhino

Week 2 so far: i see plenty of Rhinos and Sparks (Phantoms and Stoker obviously too) and the percentage of them are even lower than Sawbonez who i haven’t seen 10 times on a PUb Match during the Week 1 race.

SO how can i see alot of Rhinos and Sparks and i even saw more Artys in Week 1 but mysteriously Sawbonez who probably get only a Squad position in Ranked was 3rd in the Placement…

This makes no f*cking sense…

percentage are sometime annoying it also depends on the total playtime

for exemple.
they count playtime for the merc to calculate the %

So IF the total playtime is 10000 at any moment of W1,
Proxy get 3500 nader 2500 sawb 2000 and Arty 2000.
it makes 35% 25% 20% 20%

And then at the same point of W2 more people played with the merc of the current rotation so the the total playtime is 20000
Stoker get 7000 Phantom 6000 Sparks 4000 and Rhino 3000.
It makes 35% Stoker 30% Phantom 20% Sparks 15% for Rhino

And thats how even if Arty had a higher percentage than Rhino you might see more rhino because more people played him. Even if he had less point.

And on W1 the percent moved at the beginning too i saw it but Its normal with this kind of statistic that with time passing by the statistic will move less and less.
