To elaborate a little more, the EU/NA/AU/etc. version is not by invite, you can buy in here: http://dirtybombgame.com

Whereas the RU version is(was) by invite, but for now they are not accepting new participants.

I believe the game is the same but the platform provider (ie. publishing partner) is different.
